The first time I put the order in, the email with the tracking number never worked. So my package never showed up. I tried giving it some time, like a month. But my package never showed up. So finally, I contacted the customer service which was very helpful and shipped out a new one to me and it was delivered within a couple days later. The product is great, the customer services is very helpful, the only problem is using the confirmation email.

This is even better than I thought it would be. It's really nice to have the ability to see my baby while feeding him or while he's sleeping and not have the cover material sitting right on top of his face. The wiring at the top of this really helps with that. Would definitely recommend!

These products are fantastic! I used them with both my kids and have purchased them for multiple friends. Easy to use, light compact and they wash and hold up great after multiple washes. Plus there is a ton of cute patterns to choose from. Would definitely recommend

Not really soft. Very thin and on smaller side. Im a little afraid to use as a cover up but will give it a shot. Color/style is nice.

I like it, this is actually the 3rd time I ordered udder cover. My first ones fabric was muslin and I got this cotton one. Love the color and design. I bought the gift set because it was on sale. And also I bought another gift for a friend on mine that also breastfeeds. Will recommend it.

I am not pleased at all with customer service. I got an email my order was delivered yesterday when it was not, but actually a different order that was claimed to not be shipped yet was delivered, from another company im guessing they are associated with. I emailed customer service 2 times to inform them of this mistake and heard nothing back. The next day I did in fact receive my actual order thank God, but it would have been nice to hear back from someone with this information. Overall I do love the product.
