Your credit card can be declined for a number of reasons, below are some of the most common.

Error 2046 Your bank is unwilling to accept the transaction, contact your bank or try again later.

Error 2038 Your bank is unwilling to accept the transaction, contact your bank or try again later.

Error 1000 The billing information provided does not match what is on the card. We cannot override this, please double check the information. If it still does not work, contact your bank. You will see pending transactions for every one of these errors you get, they will fall off within 2-3 days.

Error 0 Your credit card number is invalid, or unsupported.

Error 2004 This credit card is expired.

If it is anything but one of these errors, you can contact support for more information.

There are a few reasons why you may not have received an email confirmation from us. You may have misspelled your email address or your settings on your email account may have sent the email to your SPAM folder. Your email provider's default settings may not allow our confirmation email to get through to your email account.

Udder Covers | General Return Policy

 

These are Uddercovers.com’s ("Udder Covers", "we" or "our") Standard Return Policies applicable only to products purchased by you directly from the Uddercovers.com website.

  • All product returns require approval from our customer service team within 14 days of receipt of product.
  • Products must be shipped back at the customer's expense.
  • Upon receipt of returned product Uddercovers.com will refund the purchase amount (on the credit card used for the purchase) minus (if applicable) any shipping and handling fees, insurance fees, or embroidery fees.
  • Products that are not eligible for return and will be sent back to you at your cost and expense if received by us:
    • Any product not purchased from Uddercovers.com
    • Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail bag, and all other items originally included with the product
    • Any product from which the UPC code has been removed from its packaging
    • Any product that exhibits physical damage
    • Any product for which you have submitted a mail-in rebate
  • Items that are damaged/defective upon arrival:
    • If you believe you have received a defective or incorrect merchandise (style or color), you must contact customer service within 30 days of receipt and provide a photo of the defect and/or incorrect product.
    • We DO NOT replace with a different print than what was originally ordered.
  • We are unable to exchange any ordered product for a different product (style or color).

We do not use the PayPal shipping address!

PayPal might have an old address of yours, but we always send out orders to the address submitted on our website. Please refer to your confirmation email we sent you which includes the correct shipping address.

Change Shipping Address

Please note: You cannot change your address if you wish to change the country of delivery, if you need to change your shipping country as well, please contact customer service.

In addition to the 2 days processing time orders to the lower 48 states generally take 3-6 business days. Orders to HI and AK will take a few days longer. Canadians should expect to receive their orders within 2 weeks of the order date and may take even longer if they get stuck in customs. Please keep in mind that holidays and weather can effect the delivery times.

When an order is placed the label is immediately printed and placed on the packaging it will be shipped in. The packaging is then sent to be filled with your order. It can be very time consuming to find a specific order envelope once placed which is why we do not allow cancellations. Thank you for your understanding.
We believe that these rumors are competitor driven. Rather than compete with us on promotions we run, they would rather try to make people think it's a scam. Please remember that scammers NEVER use PayPal as an option for payment. Also a scam website will never have a perfect rating with the BBB. A scam website cannot maintain a EV SSL certificate (the highest rated encryption available online - not a single one of our competitors that we are currently aware of are paying for the same level as encryption as we are) with COMODO nor can a scam website maintain the COMODO Hacker proof daily scanning and insurance. We DO NOT store credit card information on our servers. We do EVERYTHING we can do to protect your information! If you read further down on some of these posts on forums about us being a scam you will see that many of our customers have come to our rescue. Unfortunately, once something is posted online it is impossible for a company or individual to get the false information taken down without spending a lot of money and even then, a lot of these forums are based out of the USA and are not obligated to follow USA law. If you look at many of these posts you will see that 99% of them started in March of 2009 (well over a year ago) and that most if not all of the newer posts are just recycled from these original posts. The information we use for shipping and billing is the information you provided to us on our website, not what is at Paypal, so if you provided us the correct shipping information you will receive your product at that address.
